Returns Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation letter found in your order, within 30 days, and we will be happy to give you a full refund or replacement..

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We also do not accept returns for deffective or damaged items not reported to us within 24 hours of the original delivery.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges (if applicable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@re-nu-me.com and send your item to: Care of Pivotal Products Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ


Expiration dates

Please note that all products are sold with a minimum expiry date of 6 months, we expect customers to use the products within this time due to the treatment times that we sell. Customers are not eligible to request a replacement or refund if these are outdated 6 month since purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We cannot refund any item if: 


-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pivotalproducts.co.uk


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Care of Pivotal Products Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
